Tristan R. Williams blames cats for the death of his 3-week-old daughter

Tristan R. Williams allegedly told a 911 dispatcher that cats in his apartment had overturned his 3-week-old daughter’s bouncing chair, leading to the child’s death, KSHB Channel 41 reports. Liberty police have released the names of the two people arrested in the death of a 3-week-old girl. Police say they arrested the girl’s parents, 28-year-old Tristan R.
