McDonald’s has a new PR problem: in-store violence

April wasn’t a great month for positive publicity about fast-food giant McDonald’s after a series of violent in-store attacks in this country and the U.K. The company quickly did some damage control after a video of a customer being beaten in a Maryland restaurant went viral on YouTube last week. The burger chain quickly issued an apology to its thousands of Twitter followers, but it may need to hire full-time security crews to guard Ronald McDonald and the customers.
