Kevin Yoder refuses to blow; declined request to take breath test in 2009 traffic stop

It’s gotta be close to an election when the real dirt starts coming out. Congressional candidate Kevin Yoder refused a Kansas Highway Patrolman’s request that he take a Breathalyzer test during a February 2009 traffic stop, the Topeka Capital-Journal reported over the weekend.

Yoder was stopped for doing 80 in a 70 on K-10 Highway. A highway patrolman asked Yoder to take a breath test, but he refused to blow. What’s his punishment? Apparently paying $165 ticket.
