Gov. Jay Nixon signs ban on K2 synthetic marijuana (updated)

Update (2 p.m. July 7) – Nixon signed the bill at 11:30 a.m., according to a spokesman for the St. Charles County Sheriff’s Department.

Original story (12:04 p.m. July 7) – Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon is reportedly going to stop dragging his feet and sign the ban on K2 synthetic marijuana later today at the St. Charles County Sheriff’s Department.
If Nixon sings the bill, the law will go into effect on Aug. 28, so you’ll still have a little time left to smoke up. Then it’s back to real drugs. As if you people ever stopped.
