Zagat Survey: the good, the bad, the mostly bad
Zagat released its second-annual fast food survey this week. America may be in a recession but we still think Starbucks has the best coffee and Cheesecake Factory has the best …everything.
The survey involved more than 6,000 people and is broken down into two categories: fast-food and full-service. McDonald’s and In-N-Out did the best in the former category, with the Golden Arches winning best french fries, best value and best value menu; it even beat out Cold Stone Creamery for best milkshake. In-N-Out burger won best burger, top service and top food.
In the full-service category, Cheesecake Factory won five categories, although P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Carrabba’s Italian Grill beat it in the top food category.
The results are a little skewed to say the least.
