Would you ever buy meat off Craigslist?

When it comes to the Dollar Store, I have a simple rule. I won’t purchase any food that I wouldn’t eat years later in the wake of an apocalypse. In other words, anything that has the possibility of being near its expiration date won’t find its way into my basket.

I’m now thinking that rule will need to be extended to Craigslist, of all places. The above ad either represents a new way to do business or just a side of the online exchange site that is new to me. Are we looking at the evolution of the farmers market or cooperative buying groups? Would you buy ground beef off Craigslist?
