Who’s got the best tuna melt in Kansas City?

A few years back, I walked into Subway right after they began installing mini ovens and asking if you wanted every sandwich toasted. I ordered a tuna sub and was caught off-guard when the sandwich artist asked if I wanted it hot.
“Would you get it toasted?” I asked
“Nah, man,” he replied.
“Then, no thanks.”
“Good choice.”
This probably sums up how many people feel about tuna melts, but I’ve had enough good ones to know that a toaster doesn’t have to be the enemy of tuna.
