Who has the best pork tenderloin in town?

We’re not ashamed to put pork on the menu in this town. You’ll find it one of three ways: braised, smoked or tenderloin-ed. Today, we’re concerning ourselves with the third one. Governor Stumpy’s offers arguably the only Canadian pork tenderloin (its description) in the city, it’s not the best. The 4-ounce tenderloin that comes with American cheese, lettuce and tomato is a fine example — not killed with batter, and dusted with a pleasing, spicy pepper mix. Take Stumpy’s recommendation and order it with a side of horseradish.

A year ago, we gave the nod to the Rieger Hotel Grill & Exchange for its pork tenderloin. Who’s got the best in the city today?
