Fat City readers made many excellent guesses as to this week’s “Where Am I Eating?” question, but no really knew where to find the tasty, nourishing veggie burger pictured at right.
And where is it? The new Ingredient on the Country Club Plaza serves the West Coast Veggie Burger, made with edamame, carrot, onion, soy flour and red peppers and topped with avocado, spicy sprouts, roma tomatoes and roasted garlic aioli. It’s one of the best veggie burgers in this Cow Town.
