Where was I eating? Here!

​It didn’t take very long after this week’s Where Am I Eating? question was posted for commenters fastmetal and Faith to guess the answer: the Sunday brunch at Tomfooleries on the Country Club Plaza.

This brunch is frequently praised for its Sunday brunch. And it definitely has two things going for it: It’s inexpensive (less than $15 a person), and there’s a wide array of things to taste — including a box of cold pizza slices. But for this patron, it also generated indigestion. Maybe I sampled a few too many hot dishes. And the eggs Benedict at Tomfooleries is quite possibly the worst in the city.

But for sheer excess, you have to hand it to Tomfooleries for a brunch that’s heavy on quantity, if not quality.
