In this case, I’m sad to say, the question is: Where was it? I passed this bittersweet closing notice yesterday and it broke my heart. Not only because an apparently interesting culinary shop was out of business, but it verified one of my darkest fears: that the cheese I eat loves me more than I love it. Calling Dr. Freud!
