Where is it?

This magnificent plaque was part of the building-in-question — which is no longer used in the culinary business, alas — when it was erected in 1920. The only clue I’ll give is the first few lines of the inscription:

First — 1888

A Shelter, Just A Home

Then — 1917

Brick and Timbers

Burned To Embers
