Westport Street Fare officially opens tonight

If you only think of ramen as the salty flavor packets that got you through the lean times of post-college life, it’s time to rethink one of the great late-night foods in the city. The Westport Street Fare — the new food truck from restaurateurs Aaron Confessori and Richard Wiles (the duo behind the Westport Cafe and Bar and the soon-to-open the Boot) — officially launches tonight with their take on the traditional Japanese dish of noodles in broth, as well as tacos, tortas, burritos and quesadillas.
