Val-O-Ween and your other weekend options

Val-O-Ween, a fundraiser for local AIDS service organizations, is officially an annual tradition. This year’s event, the Amazeball, will be held tonight at the Madrid Theater (3810 Main). It’s part masquerade ball, part Vaudeville show, and definitely entertaining.

DJ Ryan Kenney and sketch-comedy duo Jessica and Hunter are the scheduled entertainment for the fundraiser organized by the Millenial League of the AIDS Service Foundation of Greater Kansas City. The night starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door. Get access to the pre-party and open bar, which kicks off at 7 p.m., for $75.
