The pork tenderloin’s days may be numbered if Urban Table (8232 Mission) keeps knocking out sandwiches like its pork schnitzel.

The Prairie Village restaurant, the latest from Bread & Butter Concepts (the team behind BRGR), opened on Monday, August 1, in Corinth Square. And four days later, I found myself with two hands around the pork schnitzel sandwich while sitting in the restaurant’s enclosed patio.
