(Updated) Sheridan’s Unforked will open on Monday, June 6

The next phase for Sheridan’s will begin on Monday, June 6. Unforked Sweets & Eats, the new restaurant concept from Jim Sheridan, is set to open at 7337 W. 119th St. in the remodeled site that previously held one of his custard shops.

“It’s about flavor. People need to crave our food,” chef Rob Corliss, who has worked with Sheridan on developing the concept of Unforked, told Fat City back in April.
