Truck Stop at the Crossroads and other weekend possibilities
The food trucks are back, eaters. The Truck Stop in the Crossroads (21st Street and Wyandotte) returns for First Friday after a winter hiatus. The gathering of food trucks in a semicircle around a collection of picnic tables from 6 to 11 p.m. will feature a collection of savory and sweet four-wheelers: 3 Girls Cupcakes, Indios Carbonsitos, CoffeecakeKC, Lufti’s Fried Fish, the Funnel Cake Truck, Gary’s on the Go, Deco Street Eats and the Magical Meatball Tour. Anthony’s Restaurant will also be holding a beer garden. The Truck Stop will run every First Friday through October.
