Travel + Leisure readers rank Memphis ahead of Kansas City barbecue

Kansas City may be the more desirable city to visit, according to Travel + Leisure readers, but Memphis residents can claim they won the vote that matters most.

As part of the 2010 America’s Favorite Cities poll, T+L readers ranked Memphis barbecue first overall in the nation, while KC smoked into second place.
