Top 5 collaborations we wish would happen in Kansas City

With the recent news that Christopher Elbow would begin rolling out Boulevard-inspired ice cream, that got the wheels turning at Fat City. There are a ton of local shops that we would like to see putting their heads together to make some sweet (and savory) products.

We thought we might give them a bit of help by suggesting some possibilities. So what follows is the list of the top five collaborations that could make a lot of Kansas City eaters very happy.
