Todd Schulte, Part 3: The Perfect Sandwich

If a world championship of sandwiches existed (if you’re interested, let’s talk), it’s likely that we would send a Todd Schulte creation as our representative. And that’s why I asked him to sit down and design the perfect sandwich. After a few days, he had his answer — it’s after the jump.

On Wednesday, he explained how his career took him from Baltimore to St. Thomas to Kansas City. And yesterday, we learned why no eggplant can measure up to the sliced eggplant he had in Italy.
