There’s no Eggo to leggo

Someone has leggo’d all your Eggos. You may have noticed that Eggo waffles are not in stock at your local grocer. It’s not some dastardly pancake house plot but rather the result of flood damage at Kellogg’s bakery in Atlanta.
And while Kellogg’s has decided to push resources towards producing the twelve most popular Eggo items, the company “hopes to regain full distribution of Eggo products by the middle of 2010,” according to its Web site.
The issue was first reported in November, after Kellogg’s realized the September flooding and planned upgrades to the Atlanta plant would greatly reduce production capacity. So this is not a short-term issue for the company.
