The warning signs that maybe this isn’t the right Chinese buffet for you
This week’s Cafe review in The Pitch was a reflection on Chinese buffets. There are a lot of them in the metro right now.
Richard Ng, the co-owner of the six local Bo Lings restaurants, won’t eat at Chinese buffets: “I have nothing against them,” he says, “but I’d rather sit at a table and have my food brought to me, freshly prepared from the kitchen. I don’t like food that’s been sitting out for a while.”
