The Waldo Farmers Market is now open

There’s a new farmers market in town. The Waldo Farmers Market debuted last Wednesday in the parking lot of the Habitat ReStore (303 W. 79th St.).

The market, which runs from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, features plants, spring greens and a lot of Farm to Market specialty breads (sundried tomato, roasted garlic, pumpernickel, walnut, and pretzel rolls).
