You can’t always put a face and a name to a food blog. And in some cases that’s by design. The Ulterior Epicure — a local blogger dedicated to eating and shooting fine dining — was anonymous until Monday when he sat down for an interview with Eater.
Meet Bonjwing Lee, a Kansas City native, who has co-authored a cookbook with Megan and Colby Garrelts of Bluestem (due out in November) and is ready to figure out his next career after leaving the legal profession in January.
