The five gingerbread creations you’ll never be able to build

The icing drips down the sides, the weight of the candy smears the icing and the blocks of gingerbread snap at the corners when too much pressure is applied.

But even with these limitations, there are a few gingerbread artisans among us (I’m using artisan because I’ve only got four more days that it’s a valid word) building fantastical creations. These are the top five that are the Christmas equivalent of professional Jack-o’-lantern carvings.
