T-Bones add organic options at Community America Ballpark

• Baseball and summer are almost here.

The race to build a better stadium concession continues, and for the Kansas City T-Bones, that means adding organic and hormone-free options at Community America Ballpark. The local team has extended its concession contract with Centerplate for five more years and plans to add menu items as well as a new concession stand called “The Natural,” down the left-field line that serves organic and hormone-free items.

The Natural will have grass-fed beef hamburgers, free-range chicken breasts, and hot dogs and bratwurst in natural casing. The nacho menu is also getting an overhaul with BBQ Pork Nachos (available at the Butcher Block concession stand) and Nachos Blancos made with white cheese sauce and red jalapeno peppers.
