Somewhere over the bacon rainbow

I know what you’re thinking. Why is my bacon so drab and brown? It never seems to match my eggs or grilled cheese hamburgers.

Well, graphic designer Neil Caldwell has solved a crisis the world didn’t even know existed with his colored bacon. The proprietary method for bacon coloring remains Caldwell’s secret. It’s not a big leap to assume it includes food coloring. And based on Internet interest, I could see him entering into a partnership with the Bacon Explosion folks, J&D’s, or Crayola to release a bacon coloring kit.
