Somewhere a stomach is crying

Somewhere along the way, man forgot that nature is his biggest foe and decided that we needed to conquer food in a match of wills.

The eating competition is taking on a revered place in society. Earlier this month, thousands came to Coney Island, and millions tuned in on ESPN, to watch Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest, where professional eater Joey Chestnut consumed 68 hot dogs in 10 minutes to take the crown. Adam Richman takes on different city’s eating challenges every week on the Travel Channel’s Man v. Food.

Richman hasn’t made it to Kansas City, but if he did he might choose to make a stop at Papa Bob’s BBQ in Bonner Springs, Kansas, where the Ultimate Destroyer would be waiting.
