Seasons 52 is coming to the Country Club Plaza

We might not have beach weather, but we will be getting lighter fare. A “fresh grill and wine bar” concept, Seasons 52, is coming to the Country Club Plaza.

The restaurant chain based out of Orlando, Florida, will be taking over the former Eddie Bauer space at 325 Nichols Road. Renovations are expected to take a little under a year, and Seasons 52 is targeting a spring 2012 opening. Plans call for a main dining room, piano bar, two private dining rooms, an outdoor patio and a chef’s table.
