Schlotzsky’s Deli shows off new look, table service in Kansas City

Schlotzsky’s Deli must really love Kansas City. What remains to be seen is how Kansas Citians feel about Schlotzsky’s new look.

The international franchise unveiled the results of a $15 million remodeling effort and a change in service approach yesterday, as part of its “Lotz Better” campaign. The four area restaurants are the first to debut the new color scheme and decor that will be part of a face-lift to the deli chain’s 350 restaurants by the end of the year. In addition to new furniture and artwork, three area locations will also begin selling Cinnabon.
