The beer market in Kansas City continues to be a buyer’s market, you lucky drinkers. The Santa Fe Brewing Co. is the latest craft brewer to set up camp in KC. With a slate of release-week events and beers due to hit shelves today (their Chicken Killer Barley Wine, Imperial Java Stout and Happy Camper IPA will be available initially) in Kansas and Missouri, the brewery out of Santa Fe, New Mexico, is looking for a spot in your fridge.
