Russell Stover giving away free candy Friday

Kansas City is the corporate headquarters of Russell Stover Candies (the nation’s leading manufacturer of boxed chocolates), so it’s only fair that the company’s home town gets some sweetness on Halloween.

Russell Stover Candies hosts its annual free Halloween Candy Giveaway Friday, October 29, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event, which has taken place for the past 11 years at the corporate headquarters just south of the Country Club Plaza, moves to a new location this year: the local flagship store at 2814 Shawnee Mission Parkway in Fairway.
