Recieve one free godless, pro-abortion doughnut today!

I first saw this on the Web site of our sister paper in Miami and couldn’t resist sharing it.

First the important information. As I reported in Pitch Forks this morning, Krispy Kreme is giving away free doughnuts today in honor of the presidential inauguration. Per the press release:

“Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. is honoring American’s sense

of pride and freedom of choice on Inauguration Day, by offering a free

doughnut of choice to every customer on this historic day, Jan. 20.”

When I saw that above sentence I thought one thing — hey free doughnuts! But Judie Brown of the American Life League saw the press release and noticed another word: choice.

Yes, that evil word “choice.” Brown quickly concluded that Krispy Kreme’s “freedom of choice” extends far beyond doughnuts and into the realm of unborn baby killing. Therefore Brown released her own press release with the modest title “Krispy Kreme Celebrates Obama With Pro-Abortion Doughnuts.”
