Press A4 for Merlot

Wine vending machines have debuted in Pennsylvania. The Associated Press reports that the machines are being tested inside two grocery stores before a potential rollout by the state’s Liquor Control Board.

The self-serve kiosks require a customer to swipe his or her driver’s license, smile for a camera and blow into a breathalyzer. After that, you’re free to select a bottle of wine from one of the four refrigerator-sized cases.
