Pot Sauce Williams: Introducing weed-infused barbecue sauce
In a city known for smoking, you would think that we would have invented the art of infusing our barbecue sauce with marijuana. But that honor, as Fat City intern Emily Johnson discovered, belongs to Hot Sauce Williams, a Cleveland barbecue restaurant that is opening a second location in Colorado to sell pot-infused barbecue sauce to medial marijuana users [h/t Fork In The Road].
The new sauce, Pot Sauce Williams, is hoping to be “the Heinz of medical marijuana sauces,” as business consultant Norm Roulet told The Cleveland Plain-Dealer.
