Pledge Greek this weekend at the annual food festival

For 49 years, the congregation of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church at 12001 Wornall Road has hosted a fundraising festival that involves music, dancing and — most important — eating.
This week, the church hall was filled with volunteers skewering 1,800 pounds of marinated chicken pieces and 500 pounds of pork for the souvlakia kebabs that will be freshly grilled Friday, Saturday and Sunday on the grounds of the church.
