  • The Upper Crust pie bakery is coming back to Overland Park.

Seven years after selling their first pies at the Overland Park Farmers Market, sisters Jan Knobel and Elaine Van Buskirk are bringing their baked goodies back to Overland Park. The duo behind the Upper Crust Bakery, which has been located on the basement level of Pryde’s Old Westport the past six years, are opening their own shop at 10 a.m. this morning at 7943 Santa Fe Drive in downtown Overland Park.

“We can’t wait to open, but we want to continue to take care of our loyal customers at Pryde’s,” Knobel says.
