Paddy O’Quigley’s to open in former Blue Moose Mountain Grill space

The former Blue Moose Mountain Grill space at 5317 W. 151st St. won’t stay empty for long. Paddy O’Quigley’s Bar & Grille is busy renovating the dining room and plans to open in May, only a month after local restaurant group KC Hopps shuttered its location in Leawood.

The “Irish Sports Zone” serves pub fare such as burgers, wings and nachos. The enormous menu also includes fish and chips, a “Paddy melt,” and the Regal Philbin (a smoked-brisket sandwich with onions, peppers, cheddar cheese and barbecue sauce).
