Otto’s has left Czar Bar, will reopen in midtown in 2011

Otto’s will once again be a stand-alone restaurant.

JohnEric asked in the comments of our year-end restauarant-closing round-up about the hamburger stand, and sadly Otto’s has to be added to that list.

Otto’s Original Burger and Malt @Czar Bar closed on December 3, but the burger and shake spot will tentatively reopen as Otto & Ruthie’s in midtown next April or May.
