Not all subs are created equally. Who’s got the best in town?

When it came time to justify my move from Brooklyn to Kansas City, Mr. Goodcents made the list. It was, admittedly, a long list.
But still, its tuna sandwich was vastly superior (less mayo, fresher rolls) to the competing choices at Subway and Quiznos — the standard options on the East Coast. And that’s when I realized that not all subs are created equal.
