Like a lot of the restaurants we’ve been featuring, Stroud’s is probably home to a few of our favorites. The pan-friend chicken it’s famous for is certainly fame-worthy; the mashed potatoes and gravy are the sort of side dish you want to bathe in. But the cinnamon rolls — oh, those cinnamon rolls, those little balls of sugary heartburn, how I adore thee.
