Missouri (No. 3), Kansas (No. 4) among states with deadliest eating habits
Sure, Missouri and Kansas are located in the heartland of the United States, a place with a bounty of farms and fresh fruits and produce. But a report posted this week on Yahoo’s financial website 24/7 Wall Street suggests that most residents of these states aggressively choose unhealthier diets: lots of fast food, soft drinks, and sugary snacks.
The list of the “Ten States with the Deadliest Eating Habits” ranks Missouri in the third slot, only slightly worse than Kansas, in position No. 4. The very worst eating habits in the country? Mississippi, followed by Alabama.
