Minsky’s is now open in Lawrence

Minsky’s is serving slices in Lawrence.

Lawrence residents can now discover what makes Kansas Citians so loyal to Minsky’s Pizza Cafe & Bar. The pizza shop (which has gluten-free pies on all of its menus) opened its 14th location at 934 Massachusetts two weeks ago. The new location has a lunch pizza special (a slice, salad and drink for $5.69) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. It’s been a good few weeks for the popular pizza chain: Zagat recently named Minsky’s the best pizza in Kansas City on its list of “the best pizzas in 23 cities.”

Minsky’s in Lawrence is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The delivery and carryout number is 785-856-5252.
