Martin City Brewing Company’s Picnic on the Patio with Tallgrass is tonight

Martin City Brewing Company (500 E. 135th St.) is taking the beer dinner outside tonight. The restaurant is holding a Picnic on the Patio featuring Tallgrass brewmaster and owner Jeff Gill. He’ll be talking about his Manhattan brewery and bringing the original test batch of Farmhouse Ale, 8-Bit Pale Ale randalled over cantaloupe and Centennial hops, and Buffalo Sweat Stout. His stout will be topped with homemade ice cream, the dessert after a buffet dinner. The events starts at 6 p.m., and tickets cost $25 (including tax and tip).
