KC Beerfest and other weekend possibilities

The only problem with craft beer is that sometimes you have to buy a six-pack to discover that you don’t really like something. Take out the guesswork and sample dozens of micro and craft beers at the fifth annual KC Beerfest on Saturday, October 22, from 2 to 5 p.m. The event at the Legends benefits the Kansas City Free Health Clinic and the AIDS Service Foundation of Kansas City. Tickets cost $30 in advance, $35 at the door.
