Now is the time of year when national food writers and magazines come together in celebration of the finest meals and restaurants around the country. And the accolades are starting to come in for a few of our very own restaurants. Perhaps some of the world is waking up to the idea that Kansas City is no longer a culinary wasteland.

The first recognition for this holiday season comes from Time magazine, which puts Justus Drugstore front and center in its top-10 food trends for 2011.
