Jack In The Box to open in KCK by the end of the year

Jack In The Box tends to inspire strong opinions. Since Fat City first reported back in February that a location was slated to open in Kansas City, Kansas, readers continue to ask when they’ll be able to get their hands on a Steak Teriyaki Bowl.

Time has passed, but the answer hasn’t changed. A spokesman for Jack In The Box told Fat City yesterday that as long as everything continues according to plan, the first Kansas location will be open in the Prescott Shopping Plaza Center (211 South 18th Street, right off of I-70) by November or December. And Jack In The Box will return to Kansas City after a 30-year absence.
