Invasivores are saving the planet with their mouths and stomachs

There’s a new eco-sheriff in town, and he’s hungry. The New York Times introduced the world to the invasivore movement — a group of people dedicated to hunting and eating invasive species.
It’s a new take on sustainable food, one wherein humans help another species remain sustainable by eating a predator. Because if you can’t eat something, you might as well eat what eats it.
