How do you show off your love for a restaurant?
Restaurant T-shirts have a way of outliving the establishments that give them to you. I haven’t touched a scorpion bowl (you may know the staggeringly oversized mix of tropical fruit juices, vodka and Bacardi 151 as either a dragon bowl or volcano bowl) in years, but I can’t part with the washer soft T-shirt from the Hong Kong in Harvard Square.
It was the dive bar in Cambridge, Massachusetts, that came to mind on my drive through Westport yesterday. I saw the license-plate holder above showing that even if you live in Missouri, the love of In-N-Out Burger burns just as brightly. Be it intentional or nostalgic, how do you show off your love for a restaurant?
