The city’s biggest costume party is probably at Martini Corner (31st Street and Gillham) when Halloween on the Hill returns Saturday from 8 p.m. to midnight. Each of six Martini Corner bars will have its own horror-movie theme and an open bar. Tickets cost $35 in advance or $45 at the gate. VIP tickets, which include premium liquor, are $20 more.
